Pedal Up Club Basic Plan Terms and Conditions

Service Type – Subscription Only
Pedal Up Club is a subscription-based service, not a finance or payment plan. Subscribers are paying for the use of a bicycle for the duration of their active subscription. Ownership is not transferred unless specific purchase terms are met as outlined below.

Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to our basic plans. Premium plans may include different terms based on selected features.

Subscription Duration
There is no minimum subscription term. Subscribers may continue their subscription for as long as they choose and may cancel at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel, the bicycle must be returned in satisfactory condition. Our team will inspect the bike to confirm it meets restocking standards. All return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the subscriber.

Upgrade Option
Subscribers may upgrade to a different size or model at any time, at no upgrade fee. The current bike must be returned in good condition to complete the upgrade. The new subscription rate will apply from the time of upgrade.

60-Day Purchase Option
Subscribers who wish to purchase their bike may do so within the first 60 days (or two payments) of their subscription. The purchase price will be the retail value of the bike on the date the subscription began, minus any subscription payments already made. After the 60-day period, the bike remains available only through continued subscription or standard retail purchase (if applicable).

Warranty Coverage
This plan includes warranty coverage for both parts and labor. Any non-user-caused defects or mechanical issues occurring during the active subscription will be repaired or resolved at no cost to the subscriber.

Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Bikes
If a bike is lost or stolen while under a subscriber’s care, the subscriber is responsible for the replacement cost, which is the retail value of the bike on the subscription start date, minus any subscription fees paid to date.

Exclusions – Accidental Damage or Misuse
This plan does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or neglect unless the subscriber has added accidental damage protection. Without this protection, the subscriber will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Flat Tire Policy
Flat tire repair is not included unless accidental damage protection is part of the subscriber's plan. Without protection, standard repair charges will apply.

Return Shipping and Handling
All costs related to the return of a bike—whether due to cancellation, upgrade, or subscription completion—are the responsibility of the subscriber.

Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change. The most current version will be shared at the time of subscription or plan renewal.

Understanding and Agreement
By subscribing, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. For any questions or clarifications, please contact our customer support team.
