**Pedal Up Club Basic Plan Terms and Conditions**
**Applicability**: These terms and conditions apply to our basic plans. Premium plans may have different terms based on selected features.
**Subscription Duration**: There is no minimum subscription duration. Subscribers can maintain their subscription for as long as they choose.
**Subscription Cancellation**: Subscribers can cancel their plan at any time without an early termination fee. To cancel, the bike must be returned in satisfactory condition. Our team will assess the bike's condition for restocking. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the subscriber.
**Upgrade Option**: Subscribers may upgrade their subscription at any point. No early upgrade fee is required. The current bike should be returned in good condition to process the upgrade. The new subscription rate will apply upon upgrade.
**Warranty Coverage**: Includes warranty coverage for both parts and labor. During the active plan, we will cover costs for any malfunctioning parts and necessary labor.
**Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Bikes**: If a bike is lost or stolen while under a member's care, the member is responsible for the replacement cost. This cost is the retail price of the bike as of the date of the first subscription payment, minus any subscription fees already paid by the member.
**Exclusions – Accidental Damage or Misuse**: Damage due to accidents or misuse is not covered under this plan, unless accidental damage protection is included. Repair or replacement charges without this protection are the subscriber's responsibility.
**Flat Tire Policy**: Flat tire repair fees apply unless accidental damage protection is included in the plan.
**Return Shipping and Handling**: Subscribers bear all costs associated with bike returns, whether due to cancellation or at the subscription’s end.
**Changes to Terms**: These terms and conditions are subject to change. The most current version will be provided to subscribers at the time of purchase or renewal.
