Damage resulting from accidents or misuse isn’t covered unless the plan explicitly includes accidental damage protection. If protected against accidental harm, the repair or replacement costs due to such damage will be addressed as outlined in your plan. Conversely, without this protection and the product suffers damage due to accidents or inappropriate handling, repair or replacement charges, based on prevailing rates, are the subscriber’s responsibility.
