Subscription and Pricing?
Pedal Up Club offers a monthly subscription that lets families spread the cost of a high-quality kids’ bike rather than buying one outright. When you subscribe, you pay the bike’s monthly price and the delivery charge at checkout. Afterwards, payments are made each month by credit/debit card or direct debit.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. To be completely transparent, here is what you may pay during your membership:

Monthly price – varies for each bike and is shown on the bike’s product page.
Shipping fee – determined based on the size of the bike and location.

Everything else is included – you can exchange bikes and enjoy normal wear-and-tear repairs without extra fees. See the Pedal Up Plus section below for additional optional coverage.
What is Pedal Up Plus?
Pedal Up Plus is our optional upgrade for $3.99/month that covers accidental damage and repairs. With Pedal Up Plus you can ride without worrying about unexpected repair bills; if you opt out, you remain responsible for any accidental damage or repair costs.
Where does Pedal Up Club deliver?
Currently, we service the central Florida area within a 20-mile radius of Winter Haven, Florida. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm that we can deliver to your address. We look forward to expanding the serviceable area in the future.
What size bike does my child need?
Selecting the right size bike is key for your child’s comfort and confidence. Pedal Up Club recommends measuring your child’s inside leg (in centimeters) to determine the correct bike size. You can also contact Pedal Up Club for additional help if you have any questions.
What if I order the wrong size bike?
Simply contact the Pedal Up Club and we will exchange your bike for the correct size for your child.
How do I set up my bike?
Every bike comes mostly assembled. You’ll just need to attach the pedals, straighten the handlebars, and adjust the seat height. We provide printed instructions and video tutorials. If you run into difficulties, contact our support team for help.
Do I need to keep the bike box?
We recommend keeping the original box until you’re sure you won’t return or exchange the bike. The box makes it easier and safer to return the bike in the future. If you no longer have the box, we can still collect your bike but may ask you to securely package it for transport.
How do I exchange or return a bike?
Contact Pedal Up Club for assistance arranging your exchange or return.
Will I be charged for returning a damaged or broken bike?
We understand that normal wear and tear occurs during use. We fully service every returned bike. However, if the bike is damaged beyond what would reasonably be caused by regular use, we may charge a repair fee. This fee covers the cost of replacement parts and labor. Note, this fee is covered under Pedal Up Plus.
What if the bike is lost or stolen?
Your membership requires you to keep your bike safe. In the event the bike is lost or stolen, contact the Pedal Up Club so we can get another bike to you as soon as possible. However, you will be responsible for the retail value of the lost or stolen bike.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply contact Pedal Up Club or log in to your account and click on “Cancel My Subscription.” Your subscription will be canceled once your bike is returned and received.
